Policy
Individual AppAppointment Policy
All Sales Are Final
All payments made for individual appointments are non-refundable. Once your booking is confirmed and payment is made, it is non-refundable.
Rescheduling Policy
If you need to reschedule your session, please contact us at least 7 days prior to your scheduled appointment. Rescheduling requests made with less than 7 days' notice may not be accommodated, and your payment may be forfeited.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made more than 7 days before your appointment will not result in any additional fees. However, if you cancel within 7 days of your scheduled session, you will forfeit the full payment.
Customization and Artwork Submission
To ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience, we kindly ask that you submit your artwork for customization at least 3 days before your appointment. This allows us to pre-trace the design and have everything ready for you, saving time and enhancing your workshop experience. Simpler designs work best, especially when using smaller frames.
Late Arrivals
If you arrive late to your scheduled appointment, your session time may be reduced accordingly. Please arrive on time to make the most of your experience. Sessions will not be extended due to late arrivals, and refunds will not be issued for missed time.
Limitation of Liability
Fuzzy Lab and its affiliates are not responsible for any damages, losses, or injuries that may occur during your appointment. All participants are expected to follow safety guidelines and instructions provided during the workshop.
Indemnification
By attending your appointment, you agree to indemnify and hold Fuzzy Lab and its affiliates harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your participation, including legal fees, property damage, or personal injury.
Large Group Booking Policy (4 or 4 more people)
All Sales Are Final
All payments made for large group bookings are non-refundable. Once a deposit is paid to secure your event, it is non-transferable and non-refundable. The remaining balance is due prior to the event as agreed in the terms of the booking.
Rescheduling Policy
If you need to reschedule your session, please notify us at least 7 days prior to your scheduled booking. Rescheduling requests made less than 7 days in advance may not be accommodated and may result in forfeiting your deposit.
Cancellation Policy
For large group bookings, cancellations made within 10 days of the event date will result in the loss of the deposit. If the event is canceled more than 10 days in advance, the deposit will be retained but can be applied to a future event within one year from the original booking date.
Rescheduling requests must be made at least 7 days in advance, and the rescheduled event must take place within one year of the original booking to use the deposit.
Damage & Liability
The client is responsible for any damages to the venue or equipment caused by guests during the event. Fuzzy Lab is not liable for any accidents, injuries, or damages that occur on-site or at off-site locations during the event. All participants must follow safety guidelines.
Food & Beverages
Clients are welcome to bring food and beverages to the event. The client is responsible for adhering to all necessary permits and health regulations. Fuzzy Lab will not be responsible for providing plates, utensils, or serving materials unless previously agreed upon. Please inform us in advance of your catering needs, and we can help arrange a suitable setup.
Customization Limitations
All artwork for customization must be submitted by the agreed-upon deadline, which is typically 7 days prior to the event. To ensure smooth processing, please keep designs simple, particularly if you are using smaller frames. Fuzzy Lab reserves the right to recommend design adjustments to ensure timely completion.
Event Time Extension
Should the event exceed the allotted time, additional fees may apply. Extensions are based on availability, and prior communication is required if you wish to adjust your eventβs schedule.
Limitation of Liability
Fuzzy Lab and its affiliates are not responsible for any damages, losses, or injuries during your event. We make every effort to ensure the safety and satisfaction of your group, but all attendees must comply with the safety guidelines and instructions provided.
