No worries! You are welcome to return and complete your project within two months at no additional cost. We want to ensure you have plenty of time to create your masterpiece. To book your return session, simply email us to schedule a time. Once your booking is confirmed, you are all set.

We can host up to 35 guests at once—perfect for a fun, creative group experience!

What does the price include?
The price covers everything you need for your tufting experience! This includes yarn, materials, tufting equipment, instruction, and all the tools necessary to bring your masterpiece to life. We’ve got you covered from start to finish!

Kids need to be over 10 years old, and a parent or guardian is required on-site for participants under 14.

Just bring your awesome self! For safety, it’s a good idea to tie back any long hair, so don’t forget your favorite hair tie. Let’s get tufting!

It varies based on the complexity of the design and your skill level. Typically, small and medium rugs take about 2-3 hours, large rugs take around 3-4 hours, and extra-large rugs may take an entire day to complete.

We’re unable to offer refunds, but no worries — you can reschedule within 6 months. Just a heads up that rescheduling is available once per booking.

Yes, we offer shipping! Your rugs can be delivered straight to your home for an additional fee ranging from $20 to $45, depending on your location and rug sizes. Let us know if you’d like to arrange shipping!

Our gift cards are valid for one year from the date they are issued. So you have plenty of time to use them and create something amazing!

Yes, you can 😊 Please note that a small additional fee applies for each extra design, as each rug needs extra editing, gluing, and backing.

Unfortunately, we can only keep unfinished rugs for a year. If your rug has been with us for longer than that, we won’t be able to store it any longer. Our new policy allows you to finish your rug within two months at no extra charge. After that timeframe, a small fee may apply for the spot. We encourage you to come in and complete your masterpiece soon!

We can only keep your finished rug for two months. However, we’d be happy to double-check the status for you! Just send us some images of your rug, and we'll help you out. Don’t wait too long to collect your masterpiece!
